| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化形势下,相当数量的地方高等师范专科学校升格转轨为地方综合性本科院校。如何科学定位,正确处理新的发展时期非师范学科专业与教师教育人才培养体系之间的关系,在发展和建设非师范本科专业的同时,发挥教师教育的优势,弘扬教师教育的特色,确保教师教育的人才培养质量,已成为地方综合性本科院校面临的一项重要课题。笔者在分析现状与问题的基础上,提出自己的思路与相应的对策。

| Abstract: | In the present situation of massive higher education,a lot of local normal colleges have risen to become local comprehensive universities.A series of problems have tobe considered and resolved,including how to correctly deal with the relations between teachers' education and non-teachers' education,how to develop the characteristics and advantages of the normal education and how to ensure the qualitiesofteachers education.The authors try to give a special idea and suggestive countermeasures,through an analysis ofpresent situation andexisting problems. |
