摘    要:"无器械"健身是通过徒手和利用自身身体的重量训练,它不受时间、地点的制约,随时随地进行。针对人体的生理功能与解剖特点,运用专门的训练计划和方法,促进人的体格和体能为目的的训练过程。利用"无器械"健身教学的特点,在高校推广"无器械"健身让更多的学生参与。推动"无器械"健身运动在高校的开展,丰富学生的业余生活,提高身体素质。

"No instrument" fitness in University promotion feasibility study
Abstract:"Instruments" fitness is by hand and using their own body weight training, it is not restricted by time and place, anytime anywhere. According to the physiological function of human body and anatomical characteristics, the use of the training plan and the method of special, promote people's physical and physical fitness for the purpose of training process, using the characteristics of "equipment" teaching in Colleges and universities to promote fitness, "no instrument" to allow more students to participate in fitness. Promoting the "no device" exercise in Colleges and universities to carry out, enrich students' spare time life, and improve the quality of body.
