当代大学生人格教育及其实现机制

摘    要:人格是人的立身之本,是一个人的内在品质和外在行为的总和。大学生人格教育就是以学生的认知、情感、意志、行为的和谐发展作为目标导向和价值追求,有目的、有计划地对学生进行心灵改造和品德塑造的教育活动。大学生人格教育的实施路径包括:正确树立人格教育的核心目标;科学设置人格教育的基本内容;积极探究人格教育的有效方法;着力完善人格教育的工作机制;不断强化教育主体的人格力量。

Abstract:The personality is the of the sum total of a person's inner qualities and external behaviour.Personal education is the education activities that taking the harmonious development of the student's cognition,emotion,will and behaviour as a goal-oriented and values-pursuit,and purposeful,planned to shape the student mind and moral.The implemented approach of personal education are include: the right set of core objectives of personal education,scientifically set the basic content of personal education,actively explore the effective means of personal education,efforts to improve the working mechanism of the personal education and continue to strengthen the personality force of the education subject.
