| 摘 要： | 当前全球外商直接投资（FDI）已呈流向服务业领域趋势。世界各国正在按照各自发展目标逐渐放宽引资政策，向服务业外国直接投资开放并力争吸引它。随着服务业的全面开放，流进中国服务业领域的外国直接投资必将上升，这既是机遇，也是挑战。

| Abstract: | The global FDI is featured by a shift towards service industries. Policies of attracting FDI have been relaxed gradually according to the development objective in all countries including opening to and attracting FDI in service industries. With the opening-up wider in the service industry in China, the FDI in this sector is undoubtedly to increase, which not only offers great opportunities but also poses challenges. |
