| 摘 要： | 诚信道德是中华民族的优秀品德之一。然而，传统诚信由于自身的局限性，已不能解决当今社会上出现的新情况、新问题，必须实现由传统到现代的转型。本文提出了中国传统诚信特点、现代诚信特点及由传统到现代的整合的途径和方法。
