| 摘 要： | 按照经典的经济学分类标准,不但无法推演出"义务教育是公共物品"的结论,而且错构了义务教育与公共教育的关系,动摇了人们对教育的公共性立场.对教育公共性特征的阐释,只能依据其教育学属性.作为传播公共精神、服务公共利益的公共教育,内在地具有公共性特征.公共性是教育的不变属性,实施义务教育的时限具有历史选择性.
