两口超黏稠油井提钻过程的分析

摘    要:在稠油油井的试油过程中,提钻吨位过高下钻困难是经常遇到的问题。射孔后油层中的稠油进入井筒中,累积到一定数量后粘附在管柱上,从而导致提钻过程吨位过高,目前有多种方法来解决稠油粘附管柱问题。对准噶尔盆地准东地区的台59井及台601井两口稠油油井提钻过程进行了研究分析,结果表明,采用不同提钻方法,最后提下钻取得的效果也不同。这对解决稠油井的提下钻过程中困难的问题可提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:During the oil try of the heavy oil well , it is too high and difficult for mention drill tonnage. Perforation after the heavy oil reser- voir in wellbore, and a certain number of adhesion in the string, will make mention drill process tonnage too high. There are many kinds of methods to solve the thick oil adhesion string problem. This paper has analyzed the drill - carrying process of two thick oil wells, Zhun Dong area 59 well and 601 well. It is proved that methods varied the effect of the drill- carrying.
