| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等院校的扩招，及教育技术学专业的不断发展，大批教育技术学的毕业生涌入人才竞争市场，就业逐渐困难已经成为一个不争的事实，在充分调查的基础上，阐述了往届毕业生的就业现状及用人单位对毕业生的评价，并对就业问题进行了总结。最后，就如何缓解这种就业困境提出了一些看法。以期为拓宽教育技术学毕业生就业之路提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | The employment of educational technology graduates becomes more difficult,the values of human Capital in this field has become less important.Today,how difficult it is and how to alleviate this situation？ On the basis of full investigations,firstly,this article expresses employment situation and evaluation of the employers.Secondly,it sums up the employment issues and finnaly mades a number of views on how to alleviate the plight of the employment.Through these things, hopes to help the educational technology graduates to broad the road of employment. |
