制约农村教师专业化发展的原因探析

摘    要:教师专业化是当前我国教师教育改革的趋势,本文从教师专业化的内涵出发,从微观、中观、宏观三个层次对目前制约我国农村教师专业化的原因进行分析,并对其解决对策进行了思考。

Abstract:Teacher professionalization is the tendency for the current teachers educational reform in China.From the connotation,the writer analyses the restricted factors for the development of teacher professionalization in the countryside from micro,medium and macro levels in the article,and the writer also puts forward some feasible measures for the problem.
