| 摘 要： | 慈善捐赠是美国私立高等院校的重要经济来源,也是私立高等教育发展的重要推动力量.本文对不同时期美国高等教育慈善捐赠的形式和影响方式进行了比较详细的梳理,从社会文化、捐赠者和政府政策等三个方面对影响慈善捐赠的因素进行了分析.慈善捐赠对美国私立高等教育的形成与发展发挥了重要作用,具有非常重要的意义.
