| Abstract: | In view of the common problems in the construction of civilization in college, such as, superficial understanding, underestimation, insufficiency in participating rate and investment, this article makes a all\|round exposition of the truth that the improvement of physical, spiritual and managerial systems comes as the basic job in colleges, and points out the necessity to improve the level of the construction of civilization and the education environment for the cultivation of sound spirit. |
