| 摘 要： | 英语学习是涉及多种因素的复杂过程，包括多种非智力因素，如学习者的动机、态度、兴趣及个性等，这些非智力因素在英语学习中具有重要的作用，其中，动机是影响英语学习的最重要因素之一。本文分析了中国学生在英语学习中的动机及其形成心理，并就教学中如何激发、强化和保持学习者的动机提出了建议。

| Abstract: | English learning is a complex process involving many factors,including non-intelligent factors such as motivation,attitude, interest and personality of learners.These non-intelligent factors play an important role in English learning,and motivation is one of the most important factors influencing it This paper analyzed Chinese learners' motivation in English learning and the psychology of their motivation,and put forward some suggestions on how to motivate,foster and maintain learners' motivation in teaching. |
