| 摘 要： | 高校党校办学思想要突出主题性 ,适应现代化对各类人才培养的需要 ,为高校全面提高办学质量而实施的重大改革措施服务。组织机构应体现专业化 ,有一个健全的组织领导机构 ,对每个阶段的工作任务、重点、教学内容 ,进行整体规划 ;有一支政治强、业务精、作风正的专兼职教学队伍。教学工作则应表现多样化和层次性 ,针对高校特点和办学规律 ,积极探索和改革教学方式方法 ,提高教学质量

| Abstract: | The thinking of running a party school in universities should stress its theme to suit the needs of cultivating different sorts of talents and give service to the measures of reform taken to wholly improve the quity of education. Organizational structure should reflect specialization, that is, there is an amplified leading body that generally lays out the working tasks, working emphasis and content of courses ion different period of time, and high\|level teachers as well. Teaching should act as diversified. And we must probe actively and reform the teaching methods to improve the education quality in accordance with university traits and regularity. |
