移动信息服务质量评价研究

摘    要:基于广泛的服务质量文献综述,同时结合移动信息服务的特性,构建了移动信息服务质量评价指标体系:包含5个维度(有用性、易用性、可靠性、安全性、回应性)和28个三级指标。然后,利用SPSS19.0软件对调查数据进行信度分析和主成分分析,剔除了5个不满足标准的指标,最终确定了包含23个指标的移动信息服务质量评价体系。

Abstract:Based on extensive literature review of service quality, and taking the feature of the mobile infonnation service into account, the article proposed the evaluation system of mobile infonnation service quality, which included five dimensions ( usefulness, easy use, reliability, security, responsiveness) and twenty - eight indexes. In addition, the SPSS 19.0 was applied to make reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis of survey data, and five indexes which did not meet the criterion were deleted. Finally, the evaluation system of mobile infonnation service including twenty - three indexes was found.
