| 摘 要： | 随着信息时代的到来和文化事业的快速发展，图书馆文化信息资源共享工程越来越受到人们的重视，它作为信息技术和文化事业的共同产物，有着巨大的发展潜力和广阔的应用前景。本文通过分析我国图书馆文化信息资源共享工程现状，总结了馆藏图书资源少、分布不均衡、信息技术不先进、价格壁垒严重和服务水平较低五大现存问题，并从文化信息资源共享教育、信息技术融合、基层服务水平、图书信息资源特色、法律保护意识和高级人才培养六个方面提出切实可行的应对措施，为图书馆文化信息资源共享工程的构建提供了重要的理论基础。

| Abstract: | With the advent of information age and the rapid devdopment of cultural undertakings, more and more attcntlon has been paid to the library cultural information rcsources sharing project. As the common product of information technology and cultural undertakings, it has enormous development potential and broad application prospect. Having analyzed the current status of the library cultural information resources sharing project in China, the papar generalized five major existing problems, such as insufficient library collection resource, uneven distribution, lessadvanced information technology, severe price banders and poor service, and proposed practical and feasible measures covering education of cultural information resources sharing, mixture of information technology, level of basic service, feature of library information resources, awareness of legal protection and cultivation of senior personnel six aspects, which laid an important theoretical foundation of the construction of the library cultural information resources sharing project. |
