| 摘 要： | 运用认知语言学的关联理论和语用学理论研究词的语用意义的定义、性质及理解。研究表明:词的语用意义与语言意义既有联系又有区别。词的语用意义是词的使用意义或语境意义。

| Abstract: | The present article applies the relevance theory of the cognitive linguistics and the pragmatic theory to the study of the definition,features and understanding of the pragmatic meanings of the English words.Our study shows that the pragmatic meaning of a word is associated with and different from its linguistic meaning.The former is the meaning in use or in context. |
