摘    要:用一维重心板对两名体育系大学生进行了四种不同姿态重心位置的测试,结合人体重心上抛运动规律,对不同空中姿态下的摸高成绩影响幅度进行了测算,结果表明,空中姿态对摸高成绩有影响;摸高成绩以直腿单手上举为最高,而以屈双腿双手上举为最底,两的差值在30cm左右。姿态对摸高的影响幅度占摸高成绩的10%左右:在影响幅度上,下肢姿态比上肢更重要;男子与女子间表现出无明显的差异。

Abstract:The center of gravity of four postures of two students of the college of physical education was tested on the center of gravity plate. The jump height difference of the different posture in sky was calculated based on the theory of vertical projectile movement. It was shown that effection of different posture could be found by down and up movement of lower and upper extremities. The highest jump height could be achieved when the subject is in the posture of stretching lower extremities with the upper extremity down. In the posture of bending lower extremity with upper extremities up, the jump height could be lowest. The difference between the highest and the lowest is about 30 cm which is about 10% of the total jump height. In the extent of effection, the lower extremity seams to be more important than the upper extremity. The extent of effection seams to be no obviously relative to the sex, the weight and height of the subjects.
