| 摘 要： | 为了促进高等教育在现实问题的解决和实现制度治理层面的有效建设和发展,文章对高校学生工作法治缺失的现状及问题进行了梳理总结,并依据法律与法治运行的基本规则和原理,结合当前工作实际,尝试从观念改变以及机制建设层面对高校管理工作的法治化建设提出建设方案。

| Abstract: | To solve real problems with China＇s higher education and promote the institutional level work of student management,colleges and universities must work to change the present situation：ab-sence of the rule of law in student management.This paper draws on the basic rules and principles concerning the exercise of law,combines them with the actual situation of college student management and then concludes that,to manage under the rule of law,colleges and universities must change no-tions and strengthen mechanism construction. |
