| 摘 要： | 对知识产权权利冲突的表现形式进行剖析，探讨解决知识产权权利冲突应遵循的基本原则。制定《知识产权法典》，明确在先权利的范围及保护条件，加强知识产权行政执法与司法水平，加大社会诚信法律制度的建设力度是避免和防范知识产权权利冲突的有效措施。
