| 摘 要： | 图书馆服务与知识管理有着各自的研究对象和领域,但是二者在理论研究和实践方面的相互融合都可为对方带来新的发展机遇。本文简要分析了图书馆实施知识管理的内容和特征,并详细的探讨了图书馆在进行知识管理实施中应注意的一些策略,同时阐明了要实现图书馆知识管理实施策略的保障措施应注意的几个方面。

| Abstract: | Information and library science and knowledge management have respective research object and the field of research,but the mutual fusion may bring the new development opportunity in the fundamental research domain and the practice domain aspect for both sides.the paper hsa analyzed the content and characteristic of implementing information management of the library,and has probed into some tactics that the library pays attention to in implementing information management in detail,at the same time,library should be paid attention to several respects in realizing the information management of library that guarantee the tactics. |
