| 摘 要： | 开放存取的出现和发展对于高校图书馆而言既是机遇也是挑战。它在一定程度上缓解了学术期刊的价格危机和利用方面的许多限制,提高了高校图书馆的信息保障能力。高校图书馆只有调整馆藏建设方向,才能适应开放存取环境对图书馆发展的要求。

| Abstract: | The open access s appearance and the development are not only the opportunity but also the challenge to the university library.It alleviates many limits in the price crisis and use aspect about the learned periodical to a certain extent;it enhances information support capabilities of the university library.The university library only adjusts the collection construction;it can adapt the open access environment to the library development request. |
