| Abstract: | This thesis sets out to define the concept of how to keep the intelligent property right secret,which was surrounded by the current measures in the work with the forbidden circumstance in laws.It expatiated the contents of three big and traditional property right,and the different ways to keep secret.In the end,the thesis presents to the reader a set of complete process that to keep intelligent property right secret. |
