| 摘 要： | 体育管理意识是在体育运动管理实践中形成,反过来对体育管理活动起指导作用的有关观念形态的价值、本质和功能等方面的根本观点、理论体系和思维方式,是作为特定意识形式而存在的一种思想意识。 我国体育管理意识从总体上讲是社会管理意识的一部分。由于体育运动发展的本身规律以及体育运动在整个社会所产生的巨大影响,使体育管理意识在整个社会管理意识中有着特殊的地位。体育管理意识的不断增强,不仅能使体育管理科学化和现代化,而且对整个社会管理意识的进步有益。
