| 摘 要： | 对10余所不同区域、不同规模、不同层次、不同办学时间的独立学院的调查分析表明,独立学院的学生具有不同于普通公办高校学生的特点;独立学院学生事务管理与指导工作的特色可概括为细和严两个字。加强和改进独立学院的学生事务管理与指导工作,在理念上要创新,以学生为本;在职能上要优化,融教育、服务、管理为一体;在管理措施上要做到细、严、活、实的辩证统一。

| Abstract: | Made on over 10 colleges in different regions with various scales, levels and periods of running shcools, our survey indicated that students from independnt colleges bear different traits from general college students. The characteristics of the management and guidance of students' affairs in independent colleges can be generalizd as "extensive" and "strict". In order to improve the management and guidance, we shall cultivate an innovative conception, taking students as our priority; at the same time we need to optimize our functions, combining education, service and management. Besides, from the perspective of dialectics, the management measures should be extensive, strict, flexible and practical simultaneously. |
