| 摘 要： | 随着现代企业制度的深化改革,在年龄结构上来说,退休(离休)职工的数量越来越多。如何保障离退休职工的合法权益和利益,不仅体现出国家和企业对离退休职工的关爱,也反映了他们的喜悦、愤怒、悲伤和忧愁。解决离退休职工的生活困难,以满足他们的精神文化需求。

| Abstract: | With modern enterprise system reformation,age structure,for retirement(retires the) increasing number of retirement management is very important.It is not only the countries and contact retired worker,attention is also a retired worker basic way.This work need not only to build strong policy,but also involves policy and enterprise reform and how to stabilize worker individual interests in other ways.How to keep the retired worker’s legitimate rights and interests and interests,not only reflect country and the enterprise to retired worker assurance,also reflects their joy,anger,sadness and grief.Retired worker solve the difficult life,to meet their spiritual and cultural needs. |
