| 摘 要： | 为用户提供良好的用户体验是移动图书馆服务留住用户的根本方法。文章综述了用户体验的相关内涵，详细分析了影响移动图书馆APP用户体验的要素，据此建立测评指标，指出我国现有移动图书馆APP的优缺点，以期为我国移动图书馆未来用户体验的优化提供参考。

| Abstract: | Providing users with good user experience is the basic way to retain users in mobile library services. This paper summarizes the related content of the user experience, analyzes the elements of influencing APP user experience in detail. On this basis, the evaluation indicator is established. It points out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing mobile library APP, so as to provide reference for user experience optimization in mobile library in China in the future. |
