| 摘 要： | 金融危机下的就业形势十分严峻，加强学生创业能力培养是促进就业和建设创业型社会的需要。高职院校在学生创业能力培养方面具有普通本科院校不具备的比较优势，应构建创业能力培养体系，创新创业管理机制，进而形成自身的鲜明办学特色。

| Abstract: | The employment situation is very severe under the background of the financial crisis. To enhance students entrepreneurial capaeity - building is to promote employment and build entrepreneurial community. The education of Vocational Colleges has more comparative advantages than general colleges in the aspect of cultivating student＇ s entrepreneurial capacity. It is a need to build the entrepreneurial capacity system, to innovate the business management system for forming students＇ distinct characteristics. |
