| 摘 要： | 信息网络传播权是在传统著作权基础上派生的，并与之联系的一种著作权利。信息网络传播权的集体管理是实现信息网络权利人合法权利的有效手段，也是信息社会对著作权及相关权利保护和利用的最佳法律制度。信息网络传播权的集体管理蕴含有秩序、效益及公平的立法价值。

| Abstract: | Information network propagation right derivates from traditional copyright, which is also associated with such kind of copyright. Collective management of information network propagation right is not only an effective way to realize the lawful rights of the obligee of the information network, but also the best institution to protect as well as utilize the copyright and the corresponding rights in the information age. Collective management of information network propagation right contains the legislation value of order, efficiency and justice. |
