| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO，涉外产品责任纠纷日益引起人们的重视。然而，我国落后的产品责任法律制度并不能满足司法实践的需要。本文从实体法与冲突法两个角度提出了完善我国涉外产品责任法制的建议，并通过分析指出，我国加入《上产品责任法律适用公约》应是各方面条件均为成熟之时。

| Abstract: | Conflicts about foreign involved product liability have been given more attention after China's enter into WTO. However, Chinese legal institution about product liability can not meet the demands of judicial practice. This thesis makes some suggestions on the perfection of Chinese legal institution about foreign involved product liability from aspects of both substantive law and conflict of laws. It also points out through analysis that only when all conditions get suitable should China approved Hague Convention On Appliance Of Product Liability Laws. |
