摘    要:在碱性介质中,二价镁离子与偶氮染料酸性铬蓝K相互作用形成离子缔合物,溶液的颜色由深蓝色变成了紫红色,最大褪色波长在581 nm处,另在504nm处产生吸收峰.考察了适宜的反应条件、光谱特征及方法的灵敏度与选择性.结果发现,镁离子在0~0.8μg.mL-1浓度范围内遵守比尔定律;该方法的灵敏度高(摩尔吸收系数ε为2.16×104L.mol-1.cm-1),选择性好,对大多数离子的允许量都较大.用于实际样品的测定,结果令人满意.据此建立了一种新的测定镁离子的方法.

Abstract:In the alkaline medium, the Acid Chrome Blue K reacts with magnesium ( Ⅱ ) to form a complex interaction, the solution has become a reminder of this dark blue color from purple-red, the maximum color-fading wavelength at 581nm, has the absorption peak in addition in 504nm. The spectral characteristics of the ion-association complex and the optimum conditions for the reactions are investigated. The intensity of absorbance for the ionassociation complex is directly proportional to the concentration of magnesium (Ⅱ) in the range of 0 -0.8 μg/mL. The method has a high sensitivity, e is ×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^1. In this case, most metal and non-metal ions do not interfere, so that the method has a good selectivity. The method has been applied to the determination of magnesium (Ⅱ) in the water samples, the results are satisfying. Therefore, a new method is developed to determine magnesium (Ⅱ).
