| 摘 要： | 现代体育的发展和中国的体育管理体制改革要求体育管理理论尽快完善并形成自己的学科体系，但体育管理学学科的现状不尽人意。基于这一认识，着重进行了体育管理学学科体系的系统分析和初步的框架设计，并对该学科体系的建设提出了若干对策性建议。

| Abstract: | The development of modern sport and the reform of sports managemant system in China request the sports management theory to improve itself and create its own subject system as soon as possible. But the present situation of the sports management subject still hasn't reached the preconcieve purpose. Based on this point,the systematic analysis of the sports management subject system was emphasized. The tentative design of its frame and suggestions aimed at its construction were also made. |
