| 摘 要： | 在技术评价发展与技术评价概念演进的基础上,界定了面向公共决策技术评价的定义,并在方法论的层次上提出了多维融合的技术评价方法体系。多维融合方法体系由具有三维立体逻辑关系的科学研究方法论体系维度、技术评价流程维度和技术生命周期维度组成,这也是一项完整的技术评价所应遵循的基本评价准则。

| Abstract: | Based on technology assessment development and its concept evolution,the definition of technology assessment of the public policy-making-oriented is given And proposed the multi-dimensional integrated technology assessment methods system in the methodology level The multi-dimensional integrated methods system has three logical dimensions:scientific research methodology system dimension,technology assessment process dimension and the technology life cycle dimension,this also is the basic assessment criterion which a complete technology assessment should follow |
