| 摘 要： | 通过对美国四大职业体育联盟的商业化运作机制研究，揭示了美国职业体育产业化经营的基本特征，指出了美国职业体育俱乐部之间存在着既合作又冲突的利益关系，相互间的利益博弈将始终贯穿于职业体育的发展进程之中，最后，提出了我国体育职业化改革的若干措施。
