| 摘 要： | 文章对在高等教育管理体制改革中多校园大学的出现进行了分析，对其产生方式进行了介绍，讨论了在多校园大学中建设校园文化的两种做法，认为在新大学中保持多样性的校园文化和建设一种新的校园文化都有其理由，但应在对学校发展目标明确定位的基础上对多校园新大学的校园文化建设进行准确定位，处理好和原来大学校园文化的关系，经过全体师生员工的长期的共同努力，建设多校园大学的校园文化。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses multi-campuses emerging in education reform of higher education. It first introduces the formation of such campuses, and then elaborates two ways to build up the campus culture. It holds that both keeping the original multi-culture and creating a new one is well-ground-ed, but the most important is to have an appropriate orientation for the combined new campus. |
