| 摘 要： | 和谐高校建设要以人为本。以人为本就是不断促进学生健康成长成才、不断促进教师和教育工作者安居乐业,想学生和教师之所想,急学生和教师之所急,把促进学生健康成长和教师安居乐业作为学校一切工作的出发点和落脚点,真正实现以学生为主体、以教师和教育工作者为核心的和谐高校建设,促进高等教育事业又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | The construction of a harmony university environment means promoting student to growth healthily and make teachers to live and work happily.The starting point and the objective of school work should be focused on the healthy growth of students and living and working happily and peacefully for teachers.The student-oriented and teachers-centered educational concept should be realized in the construction of the harmonious university environment. |
