| 摘 要： | 基于对高职学生就业状况和主要制约因素的分析，提出高职院校只有重视学生综合素质养成，开展科学就业成功素质训练，推行校企共同育人人才培养模式改革，培养高素质技能型专门人才，才能提高高职院校整体办学水平和人才培养质量，确保学生科学就业。
