| 摘 要： | 学术权力是大学权力结构的重要组成部分;学术权力的价值根据在于:“学术本位”的回归,“学术自由”的保障,“学术权利”的落实,“学术管理”的柔化;应通过学术权力的制度化、学术机构的学术化、学术组织的社团化等路径,落实和实施学术权力。

| Abstract: | The academic authority is an important constituent of the university authority structure.The academic authority value basis lies in the return of"academic standard",the safeguard of "academic freedom" and the realization of "academic right",and the flexibility of "academic management".And the realization and the implementation of academic authority should be realized through academic authority institution,the organization being academic,acedemic organization being associated. |
