| 摘 要： | 采用超声心动图M 型和B 型相结合的方法,对10名大学生进行了针刺内关穴前后大强度运动过程中心室壁局部运动(RWM)以及心肌泵血功能变化的研究。实验发现针刺内关穴可以提高运动时RWM 的运动幅度,改善心肌的血液供应,表现为RWM 的一致性增加,使心肌收缩的效率提高,心脏泵血效果好。提示:针刺内关穴可以作为改善运动中心肌血液供应,是提高心泵血功能的有效方法,应在训练中大力推广。

| Abstract: | Adopting Mand B echocardiogram and with ten students from a physical education college asthe subjects,the study investigated the changes of regional wall motion (RWM) and cardial pumping func-tion during intensive exercise before and after the treatment of acupuncture on the point of neiguan.Thestudy found that acupunture on the point of neiguan could increase the range of ventricular RWM andimprove myocardial blood supply,which was manifested by increased consistency of RWM,improved ef-ficiency of myocardial contraction,and improved function of heart prumping.It is suggested that thetreatment of acupunture on the point of neiguan can be used in sport training as an effective way to relievemyocardial ischemia and improve the pumping function of the heart. |
