| 摘 要： | 从我国与国外人均图书拥有量比较中找出差距;并以此探讨公共图书馆设置,社区图书馆(室)的客观存在、发展趋势;以及信息资源共享工程在整个图书馆构建中的必需条件、社会综合效益。明确网络的形成对于图书馆馆际交流优势发展举足轻重,必然涉及利益平衡机制的逐渐完善,信息资源共享工程给图书馆带来价值丰厚的文献信息资源,读者因此获得阅读实惠。

| Abstract: | This article stresses the construction and the objective exist of the library according to the different average numbers of the books of each person betweenn China and foreign countries.It looks into the developing tendency of the public and community library.It also states the necessary conditions and social benefits of the construction of information resource sharing system and it can keep the balance of benefits.Furthermore it stresses the importance of Internet in the whole system,as a result the readers can get much more information resource from it. |
