| 摘 要： | 贫困问题是非洲目前最突出的发展瓶颈,贫困的状况有多种表现,最基本的就是粮食问题,解决饥饿半饥饿人口的粮食问题是非洲经济发展的首要任务,本文对非洲粮食问题的表现、原因作了一些分析,并对解决粮食问题提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | Poverty is the most prominent development bottleneck in Africa at present.The poverty conditions are various,and the basic problem is food.How to solve hungry and half hungry people's food problem is the primary task of economic development in Africa.This paper analyzes the conditions of African food issue and reasons,and proposes some suggestions to solve the food problem. |
