成都市金堂县城乡基础教育学校布局调整探索与实践

摘    要:合理地进行城乡学校布局调整是推进城乡教育均衡发展,实现教育公平的前提。文章详细解读了成都市金堂县在进行学校布局调整过程中所实施的三大工程和一系列保障机制,并发现通过学校布局调整,金堂县县域内的学校在规模效益、教育质量和教育均衡三个方面都取得了很好的成效。

Abstract:Carrying out the adjustment of urban and rural school layout is the premise to realize the equality of education and to promote the equal development of urban and rural education.This paper makes detailed explanation in three modes and safeguard mechanism which are applied to the school layout adjustment in Jintang County of Chengdu.Through the adjustment of school layout,the schools in JinTang County make great progress in three aspects:economies of scale;quality of education and balanced education.
