| 摘 要： | 运用录象观察、专家访谈和逻辑分析等研究方法,在对散打摔法进行界定和分类的基础上,就其运用现状进行了较为系统的分析。研究表明:1)散打的摔法可以分无把位摔法和有把位摔法两类;2)有把位摔是散打比赛中常用的摔法主体;抱腿类和抱臂夹颈类是常用的有把类摔法,勾踢腿类是无把类摔法的运用主体;3)有把类摔法中,夹颈过背、夹颈别腿、抱臂踢摔是常用的抱臂夹颈类摔法;抱腰搂腿和抱腰后折是常用的抱腰类摔法;下潜抱双腿、下潜抱单腿和接腿下压是常用的抱腿类摔法;4)无把类摔法中的运用主体是勾踢摔。
