| 摘 要： | 培养和储备冰雪运动竞技人才,是推动我国冰雪运动发展、建设冰雪运动强国的基础和根本.研究分析了我国冰雪运动竞技人才存在的问题,主要是:储备总量较低,质量不高,结构欠优,区域分布失衡等.提出了我国冰雪运动竞技人才储备及其发展路径的建议:政府系统应重视和支持冰雪运动竞技人才培养储备;体育系统应根据不同项目培养和储备冰雪运动竞技人才;教育系统应建构大中小学校冰雪运动竞技人才培养体系;社会系统应夯实冰雪运动竞技人才储备的社会基础和物质条件.

A Study on the Reservation and Development of Ice and Snow Sports Talent in China |

| Abstract: | The cultivation and reservation of ice and snow sports talents is the foundation for China`s becoming a nation that is internationally strong in ice and snow sports.This paper analyzes problems concerning the development of backup ice and snow sports talents in China,such as small quantity,low quality,poor structure,unbalanced regional distribution and so on.The paper proposes the following suggestions:attention and support from the government,differentiation between disciplines,a training system in place in primary and middle school,and a solid social guarantee. |
