浅谈短跑途中跑的着地缓冲技术

摘    要:短跑途中跑主动缓冲损失动量,耗费能量,浪费时间,影响短跑的向前性。主动缓冲时过分屈膝不利于充分利用伸肌的弹力,影响后蹬的力量和速度,对重心前移无积极作用,不符合前蹬阶段人体转动力矩原理。克服方法是脚着地后在重力和惯性力的迫使下微屈“弹压”。

Abstract:Active buffering leads to loss of momentum, waste of eneray, cost of extra energy and influence of forward position of body in the middle course of short-distance running. Overbending of knees is bad for stretching muscle to work, affects the force and rate of pushing backward, makes difficulty for movement of gravitational centre.
