| 摘 要： | 研究目的:探索建立高校体育教师知识结构的途径。研究方法:采用文献资料和分析总结等方法,对教师成长的道路、品格特征、以及知识结构的基本要素进行研究。结论:宝塔式的知识结构更有利于他们的进步和成长。建议:加强自学,结合教学与训练进行广泛的学术交流,有计划地离职深造,以及加强学科建设及学术带头人的培养和选用。

| Abstract: | Research objective: To search for a pathway to build up the knowledge structure of college sports faculty. Research methods : By utilizing relevant literature and by analyz- ing and summarizing it to study the sports teachers' development, character and the basic ele - ments of their knowledge structure . Conclusions: The tower - bridge formation of knowledge structure is more helpful to the development and progress of college sports faculty. Suggestions: Advocating self-education; making extensive academic exchange on the basis of instruction and training; regular off- post training; strengthening the construction of the subjects and its academic leadership. |
