| 摘 要： | 信息时代军人应具备怎样的体能来适应未来战争需要，已成为世界各国军队军事训练中备受关注的课题。本以高技术战争为背景，结合我军的军事教育实际，简要分析了适应能力、生存能力、抗晕眩能力和抗疲劳能力。
