| Abstract: | Post crime in rural primary level organizations in Kunming shows a sharp rise in the number of new features as, involving highly concentrated areas and lager sum of money, involving more andmore common crimes. The internal incentive of crimes manifests the low overall quality, serious privileges thought, poor legal concept; the external incentive is improper education, imperfect mechanism, ineffective supervision, and not severe punishment. So it＇s necessary to establish a targeted education, system, supervision, punishment of four in one system for the prevention of corruption in rural areas required for the current situation. |
