| 摘 要： | 表象训练法被当代一些运动心理学家视为心理技能训练的核心．为进一步提高表象训练在健美操教学中的应用研究．采用文献资料法，介绍了表象及表象训练的概念，表象训练的生理学原理、心理学依据，表象训练在健美操教学中的意义，将来值得研究的方向．以此为健美操教学和运动训练提供理论参考．

| Abstract: | Representational training as an effective teaching and training aid method has be- come a widely adopted mental training method. To enhance its application in aerobics teaching1 this article introduces representation and representational training, its physiological principle and psychological basis based on a literature review. It also highlights the significance of its study in aerobics teaching and the orientation for further research. Thus, the paper provides a theoretical basis for aerobics teaching and training. |
