| 摘 要： | 非智力因素对大学生的成才起着极其重要的作用。思想政治教育对大学生非智力因素具有开发功能，主要表现在引导大学生树立正确的成才动机、培养大学生发展广阔的兴趣爱好、帮助大学生保持积极的情感状态、推动大学生塑造良好的意志品质和促进大学生形成完善的人格特征五个方面。

Ideological and political education can have a positive influence on the EQ development of college students,which is shown in five aspects: guiding college students to form right motivation of success;helping them to cultivate broad interests;assisting them to keep a positive sensation;urging them to form strong will,and shaping them with perfect characters. |
