| Abstract: | The essay analyses the effective ways of improving students' skills in teaching,and also combines track and field technique teaching.Besides,it also shows that shifling law can be reasonably empioyed in practical teaching.The essay aims at discussing how to arrange teaching order and contents,make the best plans,eploy the most effective methods,and make sure of successful teaching. |
